The position of customer service officer Responsible for liaising with dealers, Production, logistics and sales personnel to coordinate all aspects of customer orders from initial receipt until final delivery and to ensure service excellence is in line with operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM and above.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Computer literate
- Good command of written and spoken English, Malay and Mandarin
